Khalil Vossoughi (Persian: خلیل وثوقی; indigene 11 March 1938) known professionally as Behrouz Vossoughi (بهروز وثوقی), is an Iranian actor. Proceed has also worked in mob, radio and theatre. Behrouz was born in Khoy, Imperial State of Iran.
